Q: What is best for my needs?
EMBROIDERY is best for small logos or business names, as the garment can be washed and ironed in the normal way.
HEATSEAL is best for a large logo - web address etc, or where you want a crisp, clean reproduction of your logo. The garments can be washed up to 80°c, but must be ironed on reverse.
DTG PRINTING is the best for large tee shirt designs for special events. The shirts can be washed up to 60°c and ironed on reverse.
TRANSFER PRINTING is best for large garment orders, or where the design is to be applied to various types of clothing. Garments can be washed in the normal way, but must be ironed on reverse.
Q: Do you have a minimum order quantity?
No, we are happy to supply any quantity from 1 - 10,000 if required. We have many customers who require one-off garments to replace ones lost, damaged or for new starters, so we are happy to supply single garments.
Q: Can you make my logo into an embroidery / printing design?
Yes, we are able to turn nearly all logos into embroidery or printing designs. We'll be happy to have a look, free of charge.
Q: How much will it cost to have my design converted?
We do all our design work in-house. We only charge for designs which are very complex. We'll be happy to give advice. 95% of logo designs are free of charge. (We will need a good quality copy of your logo or design).
Q: How long will it take to supply my garments?
Normally allow 7 working days from the time you have approved your logo design.
Q: I want to have individual names put on my garments. Can you do that?
Yes, we will be happy to add names to any logo.
Q: Can we supply our own garments to have our logo on?
Yes, we will apply your logo to your own garments for you.
Q: If we already have our design on an embroidery disc, can you use that?
Yes, we just need to have a look to make sure it is compatible with our system.
